2. Scope

These International Sales Terms apply to cross-border purchases placed through the Seller’s website or mobile channels where delivery takes place outside Türkiye.

3. Order Formation

The contract is formed when the customer completes the checkout flow, confirms the pre-contractual information and receives the order confirmation. Dynamic order data such as order number, products, destination country, total price, shipping fees and payment method form an integral part of the contract.

4. Taxes, Customs and Import Formalities

Unless expressly stated otherwise, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees, local taxes and destination-country compliance obligations are borne by the customer.

5. Delivery

Estimated dispatch and delivery times are indicative. Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier controls, sanctions screening, force majeure, public authority actions or destination-country restrictions shall not automatically constitute a material breach.

6. Returns and Withdrawal

Mandatory local consumer rules applicable in the destination country remain reserved. If no mandatory local rule imposes a different regime, returns must be initiated through the Seller’s designated channel and the customer bears cross-border return logistics costs unless the item is defective.

7. Exclusions

Personalised goods, hygiene-sensitive products once unsealed, digital content and other categories excluded by applicable mandatory law are not eligible for withdrawal/return.

8. Fraud and Chargebacks

The Seller may request additional verification and may reject or suspend any order flagged by fraud prevention systems. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, the Seller reserves all rights to submit order, payment, delivery and device evidence to the relevant payment institution and pursue its receivables.

9. Governing Law

These terms are drafted under Turkish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the customer’s habitual residence, where applicable, remain unaffected.
